We developed these half pound brookies specifically for those looking to indulge their dangerously large sweet tooth.  

Browned butter toffee cookie dough, accented by 60% dark chocolate and sea salt, reside over a thick layer of vanilla caramel, supported by an ultra-fudgey dark chocolate brownie.  
Alone, these layers may not seem like much, but when you take a bite, you’ll realize the brownies were made with extra egg whites and mix of dark and unsweetened chocolate, to produce an intensely chocolate bite.  The caramel is thick and gooey, and is the perfect juxtaposition to a crispy but chewy toffee cookie, all crowned with a delicate touch of sea salt.

This brownie is rich enough to share, and could jokingly be called the BFB….(best friend brownie…..what were YOU thinking it stood for?!)
