In The Beginning was an Apple

Of course, all the good people of Lincoln, Nebraska know GENESIS 3, that after the snake offers Eve the apple, she takes a bite, but the real story is then she spat it out. It was mushy, tasteless, and even had a worm in it that looked exactly like the snake! But then the snake said, 'What in Heaven are you doing? This apple is gonna give you all kinds of power and set that lazy hubby of yours straight.' Eve, of course, was a lot smarter than Adam, who had lost all their money in Bitcoin, and then Eve said, 'You gave me a rotten apple! Don't you have anything that actually tastes crunchy and gooey and sweet? I actually prefer THIS apple!' And Eve reached into her Birkin bag (well, a knock off, 'cause even God can't afford a real Birkin bag! and yes Eve carries a bag because even though she was naked, every woman always carries a bag!) so Eve pulls out a chocolate caramel apple! And then Eve says, 'This is from CHOCOLATE SEASON in Lincoln, Nebraska!' So the snake says, 'What’s a Lincoln, Nebraska? Is Lincoln in the Garden?' So Eve says, 'I'm not sure BUT The Chocolate Season is absolutely in the Garden; it's the cute little store right under the Tree of Knowledge. How else could they know how to make such great chocolate apples?!' Then the snake took one bite of that caramel apple and instantly decided to grow legs and move to New York where he always wanted to dance in a Broadway Show chorus line!'

The apple was huge and crisp but the caramel and milk chocolate was soft and chewy. I had to eat it in two sittings it was so big.
