We can serve approximately 50 people per hour. When the event demand is higher, we are able to achieve up to 90 drinks per hour, however please let us know this when booking your event and we may need to suggest some options to better fit your needs.

Most of our special events and reservations on the weekend are set up manually through the Coffee Truck Specialist.

Traveling is currently included within Lincoln, NE city limits. We are available to travel for events outside of the city limits for an additional travel fee to cover fuel & labor expenses.

BonBon will arrive at your event 5-10 minutes prior to
event start time, unless otherwise specified.

The truck is 23 ft long and 7 ft wide with the serving window on the passenger side, so please plan for
space.

We need a decently level parking surface. BonBon is equipped with a low-noise output, on-board generator... so there's no need for an external power source.

Generally BonBon starts mid-April and continues on through early November.

Beyond the service option- packages typically includes at least 2 baristas, travel within Lincoln, NE city limits & all paper products/supplies.

Because of the versatility of BonBon, there are additional options available for large groups and out of town events.

To hold the reservation, a Debit/Credit card is held on file. At the end of your event, the package amount is due. There is an automatic 15% gratuity added on top of all "Open Bar" packages along with any City/State Taxes.

If you need to cancel with under 3 days notice (72 hours), you will be
responsible for 50% of the event fee (Open Bar "Hosts Pay") -or- 50% of the minimum fee (Cash Bar "Guests Pay").

If you are concerned about the weather, please make your decisions prior to 3 days to have a full refund.

If you'd like to re-schedule, please alert us with 3 days notice to have no additional handling fees.

When selecting our Cash Bar option, we have minimums required for the amount of time you wish for BonBon to be at your event.

Although rare, if the minimum was not met during your event, the remaining amount will be due by the host who scheduled.

(The purchase of a gift card(s) does not qualify towards minimum sales however if a customer pays with a gift card, this sale will be counted towards the minimum.)

Final Payment is due at the end of the event on the day of.

Any remaining baked goods left from the paid event will be boxed up for the host to enjoy as they see fit.
