This was named after a dear customer of ours, Carol Funnemark.  She was always buying our peanut butter fudge and chocolate fudge for her grandkids, and they were always smashing the two together.  She said- “It sure would be easier if you’d just put both fudges together from the get-go…then it’d be less mess for me!  Do you think you could make me a pan?”  Well gosh, anything for you Carol!  The chocolate-peanut butter fudge became a hit with the juxtaposition of the two textures and flavors and it’s been a crowd pleaser ever since.
